We've taken it to another level! 1.9.2 & 1.9.3 released! Almost 30 000 dive sites!
We know you’ve been waiting and now we’ve taken it to another level!
Dive.Management v1.9.2 and v.1.9.3 are here and waiting on you.
What’s the big deal you ask?
Well, v1.9.2 and v.1.9.3 is our biggest update yet with improvements across multiple areas; but just between us, here are the most exciting updates:
First up is the Rental page
We’ve updated the Rental page to handle just about anything you can think of when it comes to renting out your equipment.
Don’t believe me?
Here are just a few of the many things that the Rental page allows you to do:
Well first of all, you can manage rentals of many different types of equipment and are able to rent your equipment individually or in sets. This allows for customized rental plans for your customers.
Does Jane need to rent just a wetsuit? Done!
Does Tom need to rent two wetsuits, three tanks and just one mask? Done!
Whatever your customers want, you can suit the order to their needs.
And if that wasn’t enough, the new Rental page allows you to plan rentals quickly; within days or even hours.
And there’s more….
With the new Rental page:
- you have the ability to define different rates for the weekend, putting you in greater control of your pricing
- you are able to manage several warehouses as your business expands
- you can search for equipment according to different criteria, helping you to plan ahead
- you can organize rentals for different group sizes, up to a dozen
- offer discounts and special rates
- and you can even exclude days within a rental plan
All of this is connected to your Customer, Payment and Invoicing pages for your convenience.
Are you impressed yet?
Next up is the Products page
We created the Products page to allow you to display and manage your products all in one place.
Here you are able to create a database of all your products making it easier to keep track of all your stock.
We’ve added many fields to allow for detailed description of your products.
These products can be added to the page in three groups:
- Products that will be available for rent in the future
- Products that the dive center accepted from clients for servicing
- Products that will be sold in the future
You can also set up automatic reminders about hardware in need of servicing, so you are never surprised by faulty equipment again.
There’s also a calendar which keeps a history of your products;
And we’ve added a photo upload function to help you recognize easier your customers!
All of this is again connected to your Customer, Payment and Invoicing pages for your convenience.
There’s one more thing I want to mention…
World map and almost 30 000 dive sites
Head on over to the Expeditions page.
We’ve added almost thirty thousand (yes, I said thirty thousand!) dive sites to our world map.
See I told you it was exciting ?
Head on over to Changelog to check out the complete list of updates.
