Customer Success Manager (English Fluency)

There are a few things we take really seriously here at Dive.Management; building an amazing product and providing the best possible service to our customers. We are looking for a technically savvy Customer Success Manager who possesses a strong drive for results. Duties for the Customer Success Manager will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding and training clients, and increasing customers satisfaction. Our clients love our product, and it's incredibly important to provide support in an environment where the vast majority of interactions are so positive. You should also be able to improve customer experience through product support and handle customer remarks and requests.

Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Customer Success Manager should have experience in sales and be passionate about scuba diving.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with Dive.Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the Dive.Management team
  • Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in Dive.Management
  • Take ownership of new accounts and manage their on-boarding
  • Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product
  • Stay in touch with clients to ensure that they're realizing the full potential of Dive.Management
  • Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure
  • Aid in product design and product development

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or account management - a must
  • Native English speaker or English mother tongue – must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities
  • Working experience with sales techniques
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt
  • Successful track record in B2C relations
  • BA Degree in business or any relevant field will be a plus
