Sales Development Representative (English Fluency)

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for finding and engaging with new customers through referrals, networking, and cold calling.

The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, and building first relationships. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a strong ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.


  • Building interest and creating opportunities with new prospects via phone and email
  • Using lead generation methodologies and tools to build accurate and targeted lists of prospects
  • Utilizing smart, targeted questions to speaking knowledgeably with decisions makers such as VPs and Directors
  • Updating lead and prospect activity to ensure effective lead management
  • Continuously look for ways to improve our processes
  • Exceeding weekly, monthly and quarterly lead development targets
  • Evaluating and improving tutorials and other communication infrastructure
  • Aiding in product design and product development
  • Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, remarks, or other issues
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information
  • Building first relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability
  • Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs
  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position


  • One year in Sales Development Representative / One year in Sales
  • SaaS experience
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
  • Native English speaker or English mother tongue – must
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, goal orientated
  • Working experience with sales techniques
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt
  • Successful track record in B2C relations
