Spanish Copywriter (Spanish Fluency)

We are looking for a Spanish Copywriter who is comfortable with providing perfectly translated content from English to Spanish. That will be used in our website, landing pages, emails, social media, and other marketing assets.

Spanish Copywriter responsibilities include reading, thoroughly understanding the context of given material and proofreading finished pieces of work.


  • Convert text and audio recordings from English to Spanish
  • Ensure translated content conveys original meaning and tone
  • Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling and punctuation accuracy
  • Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs
  • Understand how to apply the Dive.Management tone and voice across all material
  • Understand the user’s perspective and apply it to your content
  • Deliver under tight deadlines and with minimal revisions


  • A native Spanish speaker
  • You feel passionately about writing
  • You have a few years (at least 2) of professional writing experience and can quickly write clear, meaningful content in a marketing tone of voice
  • You understand the language we’ve created at Dive.Management and can seamlessly use it to write emails, landing pages and scripts
  • You’re a team player, amazing listener and an independent thinker
  • You ask the right questions to understand the task at hand
  • You work best under tight deadlines and take constructive feedback well
