When do email messages send?

 



1. New Expedition messages are automatically sent after assigning a customer to the expedition.



2. New Course messages are automatically sent after assigning a customer to the course.



3. New Employee Account messages are sent with an invitation (login and password) after an employee is linked to the platform. Initial



4. Payment Reminder messages can be sent manually when payment is overdue less than week.



5. Second Payment Reminder message can be sent manually when payment is overdue more than week.



6. Invoice message can be sent manually after invoices are issued.





7. Request to Fill-Out Profile messages are sent automatically when this option has been selected while adding a new customer.



8. Happy Birthday messages are sent automatically according to the date of birth of customers.
