How to edit employee?

 

If you are on the main Employees page, click on the name of the selected employee to edit their record.


Clicking on the link will transfer you to the employee's profile.


In the "Personal Details" tab you will see fields that you have already completed when adding an employee and extra fields.

You can complete the profile with the date of birth, place of birth and choose the starting date of the employee (Joined).



The second tab allows you to fill in the address details of a profile.



The "Others" tab contains an extra field in which additional data can be entered.


Please note: Remember that the information you enter will be available to that employee as long as they receive access to the platform and are assigned permissions to the Employees section.

If an employee is granted access to the platform, an additional tab is displayed in which it is possible to change the system access password for the given employee.
